PLC + HMI touchscreen

The system employs an industrial-grade PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) paired with a high-resolution touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface), capable of storing process recipes. Integrated with PID algorithms, it dynamically adjusts agitation speed, temperature, and vacuum level in real-time. The system supports graphical display of process parameter curves and logs abnormal alarms. Remote monitoring is enabled via an Ethernet interface, with compliance to FDA 21 CFR Part 11 electronic records regulations ensuring complete data integrity and audit trails.

Intelligent inter-connectivity

The PLC program precisely coordinates the operating sequences of all equipment, enabling synchronized start-stop of the homogenizer and vacuum pump to prevent dry running. It continuously monitors vacuum levels and material liquid levels while automatically adjusting agitation speed and heating power to ensure stable process parameters. Multi-stage interlock protection is triggered under abnormal conditions, ensuring production safety and extending equipment service life.
